Interpretation of List

The Members Official List cites NM producers who are either/or fully-paid up members of the Exchange to date or producers the Exchange is willing to authorise sourcing from and to assess for to qualify for capital upscale financing to deliver industrial-scale certainty.

While the Exchange will consider an application to the Approved List, applicants are advised exchange procedures will first establish the authenticity of entity, material quality and production capability prior to admission. Applicants are further advised inclusion in the Official Members List will require formal registration with the Exchange.

Qualifying Criteria

Members of the Official List (Principal and Multiple approved suppliers) are Exchange certified. This certification affirms an Exchange endorsement of capability and compliance on the part of any Approved producer.

NM Producers wishing to apply for inclusion to the Official Member List  as Principal and/or Approved Supplier members, are advised a condition of membership is their compliance to regulation as stipulated by the Exchange and adjacent partners. This involves SHE accreditation, track and trace, formal inspection of supplied materials, nominee reporting of trade on the Exchange platform and the levying of an insurance premium on trade.
